One of the hardest thing to do as a strategist is to convince people that what they consider obvious needs to be revisited. This is the theme I chose for my first ever TEDx talk since I have a slightly different take on O.B.V.I.O.U.S.:
O(rdinary)
B(ehavioral)
V(ariability of)
I(ndividuals who are)
O(verconfident and)
U(nderestimate)
S(ocial influence).
I had a wonderful time at TEDxESCP organized by an incredible team of talented young people who managed everything perfectly from the preparation talks to the rehearsal and the show. The room was packed and energized by Johannes Bittel who did a great job at hosting. Congratulations and many thanks to all of the people who made this possible.
Here is my talk -who was selected by the official TED website as talk of the week.

TEDxESCP celebrated the theme Make the Difference. This theme reflected the beliefs of the organizing team: giving the TEDxESCP stage to people who either proved through their actions or inspire by their words the invaluable spirit of making a difference in other people’s lives. With our theme we want to attract compassionate and curious people who are open to change and willing to stand up for what they believe in.
